Meditation for Grounding
Grounding means strengthening our energetic connection to the earth. We are beings of the earth so if we need to have a clear connection to the earth in order to stay healthy.
Grounding also means bringing our minds back into our bodies instead of thinking about what already happened or might happen in the future. Many things disconnect us from the earth from the shoes we walk on to emfs given off towers and devices, to name a few. When we are grounded we are stable and strong in what we are doing in the present.
Grounding is good to do everyday. And its especially important to ground if your mind is racing or you feel low on energy.
This meditation is especially good for people who consider themselves empathic or have a tendency to take on emotions/energy from others.
